Decorating with Srapbook Supplies

All of my scrap supplies is still in boxes....but I have been doing some home decorating in the new house. I am working really hard on getting the kids rooms decorated before I work on the other areas of the house.

Here is Kase and Coby's room. I painted wood letters ($.99 for 2 at hobby lobby) with navy blue paint....then I used my QK and cut out stars to go with the 'outer space theme' in the boys rooms. The boys will have navy blue comforters on their beds and Kase will have yellow accents and Coby lime green accents to match their names.

Here is Kaitlyn's name. I painted wood letters (cost .99 for 2 at hobby lobby) with fushia paint (.67)....and added 3-D embellishment scrapbook stickers from the Dollar Tree ($1).

These were real easy...and only cost a few dollars (I used 1 pack for 2 names...so the cost was even less)....and the kids love them....it really adds a personal touch to their new room. Well thats it for now....I hope to get some scrapping done to complete 2009...and start on 2010.
